When will the '10 Things I Hate About You' musical officially premiere on Broadway?
Producers have slated the Broadway debut for summer 2027, following closed developmental workshops in late 2026 and an expected regional out-of-town tryout.
Will the musical include songs from the original 1999 movie soundtrack?
No. The stage adaptation is built around an entirely original score composed by Carly Rae Jepsen, rather than functioning as a jukebox musical featuring the film's licensed 1990s rock tracks.
Who is playing Kat Stratford and Patrick Verona on stage?
Official Broadway cast announcements have not yet been released. Casting directors are running workshops in New York throughout late 2026 to select the leads and ensemble.
