Highland Park Brewery seized the opportunity to establish a curated island tap takeover environment that runs through the peak warm-weather months. Operating as a dedicated Pacific Northwest pop-up allows HPB to bypass the grueling multi-year permitting battles common to permanent West Coast brick-and-mortar developments. The residency operates through an established local hospitality venue, outfitting the bar with HPB’s draft lines and branded can retail without incurring long-term commercial lease liabilities.
