While aquatic sports serve as the centerpiece, non-pool facilities occupy nearly half the physical footprint. Upstairs, the elevated cardio area features treadmills, rowing machines, and stationary bikes oriented toward floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Wind River Range. Free weights, functional cable stations, and power racks provide dedicated resistance training spaces designed to accommodate powerlifters and physical therapy patients alike.
The facility’s indoor climbing wall rises 27 feet through the center of the atrium. Offering both top-rope lines and auto-belay routes, the wall is re-set on an eight-week rotation by route setters who rate climbs from entry-level 5.6 ascents to technical 5.12 crux pitches. A low-profile bouldering cave allows climbers to build finger strength without harness systems. Safety protocols require all top-rope belayers to pass an on-site certification test, with rental harnesses, chalk bags, and climbing shoes provided at the equipment desk for nominal fees.
Additional dry-land fitness center amenities include an indoor walking track, two regulation racquetball courts convertible for wallyball, and a multi-use hardwood gymnasium. During the cold months, adult drop-in leagues rotate through the gym on designated weeknights, cycling between pickleball, volleyball, and full-court basketball.
