- Click a toilet while holding supplies to refresh your hygiene protection.
- Order pain relief medication from the computer under the same supply menu to erase cramp moodlets for 8 to 12 game hours.
- Take a warm bubble bath or have your Sim drink a mug of chamomile tea to lower stress and counteract discomfort.
Keeping a steady supply of pads at home avoids middle-of-the-night shopping runs when stores or delivery couriers lag behind.
